Gertrude the Skoolie

A carpenter, a design engineer, and an accountant walked into a bar. Together, they had a drink and hatched a plan to travel around North America in a school bus. Six months later, our flagship skoolie, Gertude, was born. Converting on the road, with no fixed address, pop-up roadside workshops became the norm for our ‘three busketeers’. Hours between building were filled with dreams of a workshop and power not reliant on the sun. The bus is a statement to what is possible, and Vanovation is the fruit of that journey.
